The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding:
The ultrasonic energy is transferred to the welding area through the upper welding parts, and the interface of the two welding plastic produces high-speed friction heat generation, and the local temperature rises. And because of the poor thermal conductivity of plastic, the plastic can not timely heat dissipation, gathered in the welding area, resulting in the rapid melting of the contact surface of the two plastics, under a certain pressure, so that fusion into one. When the ultrasonic wave of the plastic box welding machine stops acting, let the pressure continue, there is some pressure holding time so that the welded plastic part solidifies and forms.
