Many plastics of different materials can be ultrasonic welded, but some plastics of the same material can not be ultrasonic welded. It’s better to choose a larger power, the larger amplitude of the ultrasonic welding equipment for materials which is more difficult to weld according to the characteristics of the material and the specific structure of the product.
