Ultrasonic Intermittent Generator Set for Mask Welding
This type of ultrasonic set is widely used in mask-making machines and fabric welding machines. The generator is the newly upgraded type with a more compact design and a more stable operating system. The transducer is our classical type with a high reputation. The horn is customized as per the customer's demands and made of SKD11 steel with a hardness-treated surface. The flange is made of stainless steel.

1.What's your MOQ?
Usually, we don't limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself.
2. How about your delivery time?
Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so we could deliver them within 7 days. While we need 15-60 days for large orders and customized production lines.
1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS),heavyweight more than 50kg, we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air
3. What's the warranty of your ultrasonic welding accessories?
One year Warranty for machines and 3 months warranty for tooling if it is not damaged by wrong operation.
During the warranty period, our factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or send the new parts to the customer to replace the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, our factory will repair it or send the new parts with charge at the cost price.
