The welding materials can be the aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, and hard alloy steel. The tooling materials can be the aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and resin mold. How to choose the material, generally should consider the type of plastic, material glass fiber content, joint structure and size, welding strength, and service life. For example, in order to extend life, a hard alloy steel welding head is an optimal choice.
