Ultrasonic welding is based on an application of the ultrasonic vibration (sound waves) vibration transmitted to the plastic welding joint, the process of friction heat production leads to material melt adhesive. Standard ultrasonic welding system includes a generator (power source) and a set of triple pieces (one transducer, one booster(amplitude modulator), and a welding horn/mold). The ultrasonic generator box provides the correct electrical signals to the transducer, and is responsible for the process control, while the transducer converts the power signal into mechanical longitudinal vibrations, which are transmitted to the welding horn/mold and ultimately to the welding material.
The ultrasonic generator is equipped with a clock scanning monitoring system which will monitor the working state of the ultrasonic at all times and make corresponding adjustments automatically. With multiple protections of current frequency, temperature and phase, the protection function is sensitive and reliable. The 20KHz 2000W ultrasonic welding generator has three working modes, you can adjust the setting according to different products.
