The digital ultrasonic welding generator, which was developed 5 years ago, has proved very stable quality in the market. 20KHz 2500W standard digital ultrasonic welding generator can produce higher than 15KHz audio electrical signal, through the piezoelectric inverse effect of transducer converted into mechanical oscillation of the same frequency, and in the form of super audio longitudinal wave radiation.
The ultrasonic welding generators adopt advanced microcomputer control technology and new circuit geometry, you can adjust the ultrasonic frequency, amplitude, and power according to your request. Ultrasonic generator welding system also comes with various protective functions for the greatest operational reliability, such as the intelligent cooling system and protection against the short-circuiting, no-load operation, and overloading.
